Enjoy the view of the canal from this adorable dog friendly ranch home located just 1.5 short blocks from the white sands of South Bethany's recently replenished wide guarded beach (Memorial Day - Labor Day).  Sorry, but we only rent to families.  We do not rent to groups, young adults, or families without dogs.  To those looking to rent for senior week, we hope you have a fun and SAFE senior week at a different property which allows group rentals.

This unique Cottage is located just a few blocks away from a shopping area which includes Family style dining, gift shops, a pizza restaurant, a gourmet cafe, and more. Bring your boat (or rent one) to enjoy beautiful sunset cruises, or quiet excursions into the national wildlife park for viewings of eagles, blue heron, and all the other wonderful nature you can enjoy while at this Cottage right on the water. You can catch crabs and small fish right off the dock (a license may be required for adults) and enjoy Family fun in the large fenced in yard.
 

The cottage is located halfway between Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD.  This general area offers tax-free outlet shopping, watersports, mini golf, championship golf, fine dining, boardwalks, and many more activities all within walking distance or no more than a half hour drive from the Cottage.
